DLX Design Lab
DLX Design Lab is an international design team established in 2016 within the University of Tokyo's Institute of Industrial Science with the mission of "value creation through design." It aims to create prototypes of innovative products and services through close collaboration between designers, researchers, and engineers. The team also collaborates with industry, academia, government, and the private sector to spread knowledge about design-driven innovation methods and train the next generation through activities such as lectures, forums, exhibitions, and workshops.

A spacious lobby area with a high ceiling, surrounded by greenery, where a digital globe called 'Touch the Earth' is on display. In this space, we not only communicate our social mission to address global environmental issues, but also introduce the efforts of companies and organizations contributing to solving social challenges through special exhibitions. Additionally, we will host lobby concerts and other events.
