While the impact of the pandemic continues, DESIGNART TOKYO 2021 took place with new standards – from 22 to 31 October 2021, the festival hosted exhibitions with 300 creators and brands at 84 venues across Tokyo, welcomed approximately 180,000 visitors during 10 days.

We live in a particularly challenging times where we are forced to reconsider the existing frameworks of business and to seek out new ways to survive, we strongly believe that now is the time when new ideas and creative thinking are needed more than ever. For the 5th year of the annual festival, themed “Chance!”, it showcased the latest design and art that are committed to creating new value for the future.

While physical events brought back many precious encounters, we continuously focused on the enhancement of online content including social media and websites. The festival delivered new discoveries and excitement in hybrid and international ways.
