To enhance communication amongst the people, a structure resembling a cyclone is the main character of this building. Unlike the typical office buildings where floors are divided, the café and gallery, shop, home office and residential space is connected by a skip floor, giving each program the freedom to expand or shrink creating a synergy. At times the gallery and cafe can be used as one space, or the cafe and office space can connect.
